User Agreement

Welcome to use the OKG exchange (hereinafter referred to as "OKG") platform. Before using the OKG platform, please carefully read the following user agreement. This agreement applies to all transactions, investments, and related activities between you and the OKG.

1、 Accept the agreement

3、 Registration and Account

Account information: You need to provide accurate and complete personal information to complete registration, and ensure that this information is always updated during use.
Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account information, including the security of your username and password. If any unauthorized use or security vulnerabilities are discovered, you should immediately notify the OKG platform.

4、 Trading Rules
Trading License: All your trading activities on the platform must comply with OKG market rules and relevant laws and regulations.
Fund Management: You agree to ensure that your account has sufficient funds or margin for trading in accordance with OKG fund management policies.
Risk Warning: Trading carries market risks, and investors may suffer financial losses. You should trade after fully understanding market risks and make decisions based on your own risk tolerance.

5、 Costs and Settlement
Transaction fees: Trading on the OKG platform may incur transaction fees, commissions, or other charges, which will be charged according to the exchange's regulations.
Settlement method: The settlement of all transactions will be processed according to the OKG settlement system, and funds will be settled within the specified time.

6、 Data and Privacy
Data Protection: OKG will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and transaction data. We will process your data in accordance with our privacy policy and ensure its security.

7、 Platform Usage Rules

8、 Intellectual Property
The OKGexchange and its contents (including but not limited to text, images, codes, trademarks, etc.) are the property of the  OKG exchange and are protected by intellectual property laws. Without authorization from the platform, you are not allowed to copy, distribute, or modify platform content in any way.

9、 Limitation of Liability
The platform does not assume any responsibility: Within the scope permitted by law, the OKG platform is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of platform services.
Service interruption: The platform has the right to maintain or upgrade the service, and may temporarily interrupt the service during this process. OKG is not responsible for any losses caused by service interruption.

10、 Dispute Resolution
Negotiation resolution: If any dispute arises with the platform, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
Legal Application: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New York, and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the State of New York for resolution.

11、 Protocol modification
The OKG platform reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any modifications will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to accept the modified agreement.
